M E E T our Executive Director! Courtney Maass With real estate in her blood — Literally! Courtney’s family owned/operated several REMAX offices in the Northeast. Her Father sold those large operations and they moved to the beach — Myrtle Beach! From the Grand Strand, she made her way to the Capital City, became a GAMECOCK and obtained her real estate license. She graduated with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Marketing. After graduation, Courtney began a 10 year career in legal marketing, coordinating events and seminars across the country with a massive corporate law firm. In 2020, she decided to return her focus towards real estate. Ms. Maass became a direct supervisor to an administrative staff at Coldwell Banker. She covered seven Columbia area offices and was a resource to all staff in North and South Carolina. She ensured new products, processes and enhancements were understood, trained on and ready for execution. She brought fresh ideas to the table to help drive collaboration and efficiency while providing white-glove service for real estate agents in those two neighboring states.. Courtney is not only a large asset to Realty ONE Group Redefined, but possesses a real estate brain our agents and mentee’s will find extremely valuable for their success & growth!
